 Michael
is Sid, the whiney, procrastinating, cappucino- sucking producer of
Kevin's small time cable access show. Sid hopes that the
program gets picked up nationally and they all get rich. Or hopes at
least he gets rich. No one's really quite sure what Sid contributes in any way, but he's nice to have around if you like gyros.
Michael Kouroubetes has a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Film Studies. He received the Lester
M. Wolfson Award in 1992 for his short play Guard Duty, which was
later produced in Spring 1996 (along with two other plays he wrote) at the
university. In Spring 1997 he won the Wolfson again
for short fiction submitted to the campus literary magazine. He also assisted in the organization the 1998 and 1999 Writer's Conferences
at his university. He is has written and acted in the films A:\kill
and Plunge, and been involved as a producer on both projects. He
also acted in the film. He is currently co-writing a Civil War film.
